This funky media firm which works with some of the largest brands in the world is looking for a Legal Coordinator/ Administrator to join the busy Legal team.

The main Purpose of role:

  • The Legal Coordinator Processes, tracks, and distributes all product approvals to/ from the Legal department, Brand Creative and Licensing companies in a timely and efficient manner utilizing an electronic computer system.
  • Tracks and processes test reports as required in a timely manner. Proofreads legal lines and copyright information on licensed goods to ensure proper legal line and legal marks are being used.
  • Communicates accordingly with internal and external departments to adhere to product development and approval deadlines.
  • Serves as department contact for internal and external partners in relation to approval procedures, product development process and general inquiries.
  • Tracks receipt of, distributes as necessary, and archives contractual product samples.
  • Maintains archival files/storage of approvals and product samples. Updates archives as needed.
  • Special projects as directed by Manager and/or Creative Director.

The candidate must have:

  • Experience: Working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). PC/ Software literate.
