Charlotte Atkinson
Charlotte studied Drama at Liverpool University graduating in 2001. She joined global accountancy and banking recruiter Poolia to set up and develop a brand new support business area recruiting temporary and permanent candidates across all sectors. Charlotte has 5 years’ experience recruiting within the support sector and worked alongside her colleague Laura Sidloff for 3 years at Poolia and together they form an extremely strong and knowledgeable team.
Charlotte’s years of experience give her market leading knowledge of clients and candidates which enables her to find the right candidates for the right role. Charlotte joined The SR Group to set up Parker Wells alongside Laura where she specialises in the recruitment of business support professionals into all sectors. Parker Wells was created due to a demand from our clients who were looking for a secretarial consultancy who would provide the same values and quality service as the entire SR Group.
Laura Sidloff
Laura graduated from the University of Westminster with a degree in Cognitive Science. After travelling for a year, she joined global recruiter Poolia recruiting for specialist support professionals into the property and banking sectors. Laura started her career as a Candidate Resourcer, sourcing candidates for 90 consultants into banking, accounting and business support and due to her success she was promoted to a consultant very quickly.
Due to her resourcing roots, Laura is an expert at sourcing hard-to-find and specialist candidates. After recruiting successfully for 4 years, Laura joined The SR Group to set up Parker Wells with her long-standing colleague Charlotte Atkinson to specialise in the recruitment of support professionals into all sectors.
